The next Short-Term Rental Advisory Committee meeting will take place on November 8, 2022, from 9:30am-11:30am.
The purpose of the meeting date change was so that Mr. Daniel Kearns can join the committee process at the first available opportunity.
Mr. Kearns, Reeve Kearns PC, will be assisting Tillamook County and providing legal counsel on various short-term rental program matters as the County and committee work together in exploration of viable solutions and program changes to help address community and program needs. The November 8th meeting will largely focus on various short-term rental program topics frequently raised by committee members and the public. Time allocation for this discussion is 90-minutes. Mr. Kearns will take roughly 10 minutes to discuss each topic, with remaining time allocated for discussion between Mr. Kearns and committee members. Topics are outlined on the attached November meeting agenda.
Additional time has also been allocated on the agenda for public comment. Public comment is limited to 3-minutes per person and comments will be taken shortly after the discussion between Mr. Kearns and the committee as reflected on the attached November agenda.
The November 8th meeting will be held in the Hatfield Room at the Tillamook Library main branch location.
