Hi all!
In case you missed it, we have adopted a new email system to keep your information more secure, and also make it easier for those who may have moved out of the area to unsubscribe. Our email list is close to 800 people, which is a great audience to have for our Citizen Advisory Committee!

Here is the agenda for our meeting tomorrow, Saturday, May 10, 2025. The meeting will begin at 10am at Kiawanda Community Center.
Update on Middle Housing: the land use committee has been meeting over the last three months to amend the land use rules as it pertains to middle housing (townhomes, cottage clusters, condos, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes)
Transient Lodging Tax: Doug Olson will present an update on the TLT.
Update on Pacific City Airport: Initial meetings with ODAV have begun. Sarah Absher to share an update.
Elections: Elections will be held at the next meeting (Saturday, August 12, 2025 at 10am). All positions (Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary) are open.
We have had some issues with recording meetings for the past two meetings. We hope to have all the issues ironed out at tomorrow's meeting. That said, we encourage everyone to attend in person, if possible. It's a much more meaningful discussion and meeting with more ears and voices in the room.
