A Special PC-Woods CAC Meeting was held on November 5, 2022 at the Kiawanda Community Center. The subject: Restrictions on future development in floodplains, especially in PC-Woods, once rules supporting the NOAA Fisheries Biological Opinion.
Commissioner David Yamamoto & Sarah Absher, Director of Community Development outlined the potential ruling that would revise County codes that would make building or remodeling in PC-Woods nearly impossible.
